Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Total Pop Society LLC ("we," "us") through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products. We're an independent reseller and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. All pins are authentic merchandise bought from Disney parks, stores or authorized sources. Photos show the actual item or the identical design, and edition details are listed only when we can confirm them.
2. Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Florida sales tax is added where required, and shipping is calculated at checkout.
3. Orders. We may cancel any order because of a pricing error, a stock error or suspected fraud, and we'll give a full refund if we do.
4. Shipping and returns. All sales are final. See our Shipping and Refund policies for details.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we're liable for no more than the amount you paid for the item.
6. Law. These terms are governed by Florida law.
