Shipping policy

Orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of payment from Orlando, Florida, by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, whichever you pick at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight. Every order gets a tracking number by email. We ship within the U.S. only. We aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we're glad to help you file a claim with the carrier.
